This particular problem of not being able to ping from server to client and vice versa, forced us to use a workaround when configuring anything in the Domain Network. We couldn’t join any new client to the Domain or give permissions accordingly, it also caused various other accessibility issues all related to problem of non ping. Below is the Solution to get Ping back.
On Server
Start-> Run-> Services.msc
Disable or stop the Ipsec Services.Due to some reason this service goes in Block mode, disallowing ping and all other functions based on Ping. I do not know the need for this service, therefore disabling this does not affect anything else in my network.
